A  Woman - 40 years old - December 1995, surgery for discal hernia L4 L5 - persistent pain - after-effects of radiculalgia. June 1996 rhizolysis. No improvement. -   CRYOTRON: 10 sessions (2 to 3 minutes for the first sessions, a few seconds for the last ones). RESULTS: Residual pain when tired. Has resumed her job part-time.

"I use it mainly for it's anti-inflammatory, myo-relaxing (for spasms) and analgesic properties. The immediate and durable effect meets with my players' requirements and provides a response to the necessity of results. At the end of each training session, and within a few seconds, I can treat tendonitis, haematomas (1 or 2 treatments are sufficient to make them disappear), post traumatic oedemas and pain due to contact (sometimes violent).

A thermal shock to the lymphatic nodes with a spray on the femoral triangle and then another thermal shock on the popliteal hollow gives wonderful results from the muscular and physical recovery point of view. It is working so much that sometimes I feel frustrated because I don't have to massage the legs of my players as they prefer Cryonic."

"The use of gaseous cryotherapy for the treatment of acute tendinopathies yields more rapid and satisfactory results than traditional treatment methods and has no observable side effects. It has a rapid impact on pain, and in over 60% of cases patients are able to take up sport again immediately after the treatment without recurrence of the condition."

"An unexpected event further demonstrated the efficacy of the Cryonic Medical device. During the first treatment session, as I was standing behind the horse, the horse gave me a violent kick on my tibia. A rapidly growing hematoma immediately began to develop. While still holding the equine therapy pistol in my hand, I unhesitatingly applied the advanced cryotherapy to my expanding hematoma. I was pleasantly surprised the following morning to find no traces of bruising on my leg. This incident reassured me in my confidence in the efficacy of advanced cryotherapy."

Jean-Pierre Rabine, Equine Physiotherapist

"The Cryotron allowed relief for patients with postoperative oedemas without any medical adjuvant. The comfort of patients was thus improved..... We noticed that the use of the cryotron apparatus was indicated in the case of a postoperative oedema and in the case of an inflammatory reaction. The regular sessions with patients had an effect on their physical and psychological well-being."

"The use of cryotherapy in recent acute tendinopathies provided more satisfactory and faster results than standard treatment, with 75% excellent and good results, without any adverse effect being seen.  Results on pain were fast, and 5 out of 8 patients were able to restart their sport by the end of treatment wihout any relapse afterwards. "

"The patient(Hemophiliac) presented with a hematoma of the long biceps thigh muscle, present for a week, and measuring 15x15cm.  After 5, 45-second treatments, the hematoma measured only 8x8cm; after 20 treatments it was 3cm.  Limping disappeared in a week.  No anti-inflammatories or analgesics were taken".

Dr. Anne Lienhart, Edouard Herriot Hospital, Regional Hemophilia Treatment Center, Lyon France

"I have used the Cryovet on acute swelling in horses with spectacular results".

- Dr Hank Gendron, VMD - Naples, FL

The effect of gaseous Cryotherapy has indeed more obvious and rapid effects in comparison with a classical therapy. The therapy which uses CO2 brings more advantages for the patient and for the therapeutic team also. The advantage of this therapy is to treat a large amount of patients (with conclusive effects) within a very short time.

"I have encountered and applied NCS technique effectively for conditions in limbs ranging from strained/sprained tendons, sore shins, twisted fetlock, to body haematomas from a kick or fall.  A handsome bay gelding in some considerable discomfort due to a large haematoma on his near side quarter formed due to a fall in transit was unable to put his near hind foot to the floor and looked rather sorry for himself in the stable. Whilst it was a very tender area to the touch, the flow of cold air under pressure was accepted by him and after just 2 treatments the horse was able to mobilise and the vet (visiting the yard for another reason) was positively amazed at the recovery speed due to the disbursement."

"I have been familiar with cryotherapy for some years now - since 1993 ... If you had to sum up the advantages of the neurocryostimulation technique, you could say that it was reliable, efficient, easy to use ... Let me not neglect to mention the advantage of reducing the length of treatment courses: for patients undergoing knee or anterior cruciate ligament operations the rehabilitation period is much shorter if they receive immediate post-operative cryotherapy treatment. And finally I would add that I would make it standard issue in every doctor's therapeutic toolbox."

Dr Gérard Nicolet Sports Doctor, France.

Herr Flick : 7 year old bay gelding - galloped into a gate when turned out in the field, causing trauma in the form of abrasions and swelling to the hip and stifle areas. I was able to treat him within several hours of the accident, treating five areas around the trauma sites. The following day the horse appeared to be benefiting from a great reduction in pain, and was moving far more easily than was expected with the severity  of the injuries. He was treated for two more days, by which time he was moving quite freely. A month later he was hunting with the Beaufort Hunt!  Mandy, who runs the livery yard comments "this was remarkable, considering the severity of the injuries"

Regina Halmish (28) is Germany's boxing queen.  She has a powerful punch in the ring and stuns with her beauty outside it.  Regina's beauty secret and weapon is the Cryonic gun that enables Dr. Peter Stehling of Karlsruhet treat the bruises and swellings after her fights using the NeuroCryoStimulation technique. Regina says "I attribute my looks to the treatments that I have received over the past two years.  Normally the bruises remain for about a week."
