This is a statement that is said to me every time I meet new people and I'm asked about my profession.
I am always grateful of this comment as every woman loves to look good and be complimented.
As five time world champion and current WBC Inaugural Featherweight Champion of the World I take my sport and appearance very seriously.
I met Paul Gray from Cryotek, after the network ABC "The Australian Story" produced a documentary on me...

Paul spoke to me about a machine that could not only give me a very safe and effective treatment for my injuries (from acute to chronic).
He also told me the machine could remove facial swelling and bruising. This machine is called Cryo One and gives NeuroCryoStimulation.
I honestly thought he was leading me down a garden path with his story. I've been a professional athlete since 1997 and involved in sports
all my life and never have I heard of such a machine.

I decided to research the product and try the treatment - after all it is safe, non-invasive and drug free. These are very important points
to any professional sports person.
For many years I had suffered from pain and swelling on my knuckles during and after training my fights.
My knuckles were that damaged that some day's I couldn't even pick up a cup.
This obviously had a dramatic effect on my training preparation for fights.
I also suffered chronic pain in my Achilles heels along with regular injuries of tears, sprains and strains.
The benefits I received from the Cryotek treatment were immediate.
Any pain I had that restricted my training was reduced by 70-90% within 2 days of treatment which allowed me to train without restriction.
This Cryotek machine for me was unbelievable.
Within 4 weeks of treatment my knuckles had no swelling or pain at all.
It is now 5 months after I began using the NeuroCryoStimulation method and I have zero, zilch, nada, no pain at all in my knuckles and
I don?t even need to use the machine daily on them anymore.
My most recent fight on February 23rd 2007, I had swelling and bruising around my eye this was a perfect opportunity to test out the
Cryotek machine as it usually takes my face about 7-10 days to return to normal using the old method of ice.
All the swelling was gone the following morning and within 2 days my bruising had taken on the off yellow appearance, by day 5 it was completely cleared. For a girl who spends most of her time in public view and on the media I couldn?t have been happier.
If there?s a more effective treatment for pain, swelling and inflammation I would love to hear about it.
My goals are to train at the highest level possible and injury free, continue to successfully defend my world title and
keep looking wonderful in front of a camera.

"I use Cryonic Medical's CRYO ONE to deliver NeuroCryoStimulation to any suitable acute injury, as soon as possible.

"After winning a Class 3 race over 1400m at Rosehill, I decided to nominate
All Black Gold for the Berocca Gloaming Stakes over 1800m at the same
track a week later." said leading Sydney Trainer, Chris Waller.
To maintain the bay colt in peak condition and prepare him for the bigger challenge, All Black gold received some NeuroCryoStimulation (NCS) treatments to help him recover quickly from his previous win.
All Black Gold, ridden by Jay Ford, stalked the leaders in a fast run race and then launched a sustained finishing run from the 250m mark. They were unstoppable and got to the line with 11/4 lengths to spare and also collecting prize money of $160,000. The time clocked was 1.49.156 with final 600m in 34.89.
Following on from this win, All Black gold finished second in the Group 1 Thrifty Champion Stakes over 2000m.
